CVAA desired a new comprehensive brand identity to help differentiate themselves from the many state agencies they interact with and support. CVAA had also grown in mission scope and size. Interrobang conducted several fact-finding meetings and presentations to the CVAA Board and key staff members to gain a clear picture of the organization's strengths, weaknesses and core values. Interrobang provided brand strategy and developed the organization's new identity and key messaging components. The chosen identity has been integrated into the design of the agency's stationery, brochures, banners, newsletter, signage, web site and more.
